Dutch Fika's German rye sourdouogh bread is made with organic bolted rye, which is stone-milled on the day the dough is made, ensuring that all the nutrients in the rye are also present in the bread.
The bread is sliced in thin slices of ca. 25g and thus is suitable to use as 1 portion in the Metabolic Balance program

Dutch Fika's German sourdough rye bread is bulk fermented for 48 to up to 120h (aged sourdough*) prior to shaping and baking. The main ingredients besides our signature sourdough starter, are freshly stone-milled heritage rye, water and salt.
