Focaccia morbida, or soft focaccia is a favorite side dish at the Italian table, served together with some cold cuts, cheese or grilled vegetables. Dutch Fika's take on this Italian staple is available either with with salt and rosemary (simple style), or with olives added.

Dutch Fika's soft focaccia is made with the 5 classical ingredients found in Italian breads: type '00' flour - preferably Red Fife -, water, olive oil, salt and yeast. A simple toping of a mix of olive oil and water with some salt and rosemary and voilà!
