Dutch Fika's German sourdouogh bread can be customized in many different directions, selecting from a simple rye and/or wheat to a bread with seeds, dried fruits, nuts and/or herbs.

Dutch Fika's German sourdough bread is bulk fermented for 48 to up to 120h (aged sourdough)* prior to shaping and baking. The main ingredients besides our signature sourdough starter, are freshly stone-milled heritage rye and/or wheat flour, water and salt.
