Dutch Knip - whole wheat bread
Dutch Knip whole wheat is made with two types of heritage wheat flour, a soft wheat (e.g. Sonora, Red Fife) and a hard wheat (e.g. Turkey Red, Rouge de Bordeaux or Spelt). In addition we use water, kefir, egg, butter, salt, levain and yeast.
Eggs and dairy are farm-fresh; kefir is made by Dutch Fika.
