    • Rågbröd ingredients include: freshly milled Spelt, Emmer, Einkorn, water, honey, salt, sunflower seeds, pepitas and wild yeast from our rye sourdough starter. This bread is made using a pre-ferment method with a fermentation lasting from 3 hours to overnight to develop a very subtle lactic flavor with a crisp crust and moist dense crumb.

      The Fruit&Nut Rågbröd also contains raw hazelnuts, dried apricots and dried figs.

      Our honey is sourced locally from an organic farm in Rosenberg; All ingredients are produced organically.
